Welcome to Got AI? (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Got AI? is a productised conversational AI deployment service, designed to help businesses implement branded AI agents and Large Language Model Optimisation (LLMO). Services include setup, customisation, integration, and maintenance of conversational agents across web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
Our services are intended for business users only. By using Got AI?, you confirm that you are acting in a professional capacity and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
A one-time deployment fee and a recurring monthly service fee apply.
Subscription or invoice-based payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Pricing may vary depending on content volume, integrations, and specific business requirements.
You are responsible for providing all necessary content, data, and access to facilitate setup.
You must ensure your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws.
End-user interaction data and lead details may be stored either in our Firebase infrastructure (Asia South1) or in a client-approved environment.
You retain full ownership of your data; we act solely as a processor unless agreed otherwise.
Our service integrates with AI models and services including Genkit, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Firebase. You acknowledge and agree to their usage as part of our offering.
All intellectual property rights related to custom development, training prompts, UI elements, and workflow logic created for your project shall remain with Got AI? unless explicitly transferred.
You agree not to use Got AI? to:
Distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
Interfere with the performance or security of the service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, you will receive your stored data, and access to the agent will be disabled.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
